info@viveex.adI am a Chilean lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, qualified to practise in Chile and a member of the Chilean Bar Association (no. 3,331 of Register no. 3). I had my degree recognised and hold the Spanish Law degree from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, as well as a Master’s in Business Law from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where I am completing a doctorate in criminal law.
Above all, I emigrated myself. I have studied, invested and built my company in a country that was not my own. I know the process, the waiting and the setbacks: I have not only studied them, I have lived them.

In Chile the title of lawyer is granted by the Supreme Court and bar membership is not compulsory; Claudia is a member nonetheless, as it better safeguards professional conduct. The profession of administrative agent is regulated and registration is required. These qualifications and registrations belong personally to members of the team and to the group’s structure in Spain and Chile.
