These terms govern the booking of video advisory consultations offered at viveex.ad by:

• Orientation consultation — 45 minutes — €60
• Extended consultation — 90 minutes — €100

Prices are in euros. Any applicable taxes are shown before the booking is confirmed. The price covers the session itself and the preparation of your case; it does not cover any subsequent handling of applications, which is quoted separately.

3. Booking and confirmation

Bookings are requested by email or WhatsApp. Once the date and time are agreed, you will receive confirmation by email with the video call link. The appointment is confirmed once payment has been made.

4. Payment

Payment is made in advance by the means indicated when the booking is confirmed. VIVEEX, SL issues an invoice for each service provided.

5. Cancellations, changes and refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time; if you cancel, the full amount is refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, and non-attendance, are not refunded.
• If you cannot connect because of a technical problem attributable to VIVEEX, SL, the session is rescheduled at no cost or refunded in full, as you prefer.
• If VIVEEX, SL has to cancel or postpone, we will let you know as soon as possible and you may choose a new date or a full refund.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method, within a maximum of fourteen days from confirmation of the cancellation.

6. How the session runs

The consultation takes place by video call. We recommend connecting a few minutes early with a stable connection. If you join late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Sessions are held in Catalan, Spanish, French or English, as agreed.

To make the most of the session, please send us the relevant documents in advance.

7. Scope of the service

The consultation is informative and advisory in nature. It is based on the information you provide and on the rules in force on the date of the session. It does not guarantee any outcome before any authority, since decisions on applications rest solely with the competent bodies.

Any subsequent instruction to handle an application requires a quotation and express acceptance, and will be governed by what is agreed there.

8. Your obligations

You undertake to provide accurate and complete information. VIVEEX, SL is not liable for consequences arising from information that is inaccurate, incomplete or provided late.

9. Confidentiality and personal data

Everything you tell us is treated confidentially. The processing of your data is governed by the privacy policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Principality of Andorra, in particular Law 13/2013 of 13 June on effective competition and consumer protection. The parties submit to the courts of the Principality of Andorra, unless a mandatory consumer-protection rule provides otherwise.
