How it works

By WhatsApp or email, with a brief outline of your case and the consultation you want.

We offer the available slots and confirm whichever suits you best.

You will receive the video call link by email. No travel needed.

The consultation takes place by video call; you will receive the link by email once it is confirmed.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not refunded.

Payment

Currency: All prices are in euros (EUR) and cover the session and the preparation of your case.
When you pay: Payment is made in advance. The appointment is confirmed once payment has been received.
Who charges you: VIVEEX, SL (NRT L-722811-U), an Andorran company, which issues the corresponding invoice.
Refunds: Cancel more than 24 hours in advance and the full amount is refunded using the same payment method, within 14 days at most.
