1. Data controller

This policy sets out how VIVEEX, SL processes personal data, in accordance with Law 29/2021 of 28 October, the Andorran qualified law on personal data protection.

2. What data we process

We only process the data you give us voluntarily when you contact us or book a consultation:

  • Identification and contact details: name, email address, telephone number.
  • Case details: the information you tell us about your situation and any documents you send us.
  • Billing details: those needed to issue the invoice for the service.

This website has no sign-up forms, no analytics tools and no advertising profiling.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Answering your enquiries received by email or WhatsApp. Basis: your consent and our interest in replying to you.
  • Providing the service booked and managing the appointment. Basis: performance of the contract.
  • Meeting legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax. Basis: legal obligation.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for as long as needed to answer them, and no longer than one year. Client data is kept for the duration of the professional relationship and afterwards for the applicable statutory limitation periods, in particular accounting and tax ones.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer your data. It may be accessed, as processors and solely to provide us with their service, by the technology providers we use: web hosting, email and messaging, the video call platform and, once enabled, the booking platform and payment gateway. Our accountants may also access it, as may the competent authorities where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may be located outside Andorra. Where that is the case, the transfer is made with the appropriate safeguards required by law.

6. Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@viveex.ad, stating which right you wish to exercise and proving your identity.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA), the competent supervisory authority in the Principality of Andorra.

7. Confidentiality and security

All information about your case is treated confidentially. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, including encryption of communications with this website.

8. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
